I'm guessing the total amount sent gift was Less that 3 or 4K. Most were sent goods. The scammer is using people to tell the others that he did not scam but he is not sending any packages out becasue of this and that and to file with Paypal. So for the people that paid for goods and did not receive anything they SHOULD get… -
