1. Do milk spots keep ASE's from graging a MS70??

   I have several MS70's that have spots and am wondering if I resubmit them for regrading, they should downgrade. I have never sent anything back for regrades and was wondering if anyone has dealt with this.Any input would be helpful.

   Yes. They do.

   They will downgrade and you will be made whole by the grade guarantee.
