The real problem here is that there is a secret dealer code of conduct known only to dealers. It's called "omerta" or something like that. One of these days someone is gonna spill the beans, at which time we will better understand what happened in this case. -

Just for information, on the dealer Teletype System (FACTS), there's a seller of over $100 FACE in circ. Barber Halves for 25X face, which is just under melt. -
