Eeeewwwwwwww ....... Another EBAY scammer ! ........ You can win a SNAD claim, but it is tough and you would/might need paid help to do it. SNAD Definition What is Significantly Not as Described (SNAD)? An item is Significantly Not as Described if it is materially different than what the seller described in the item… -

Looks like this kind of problem is a regular occurrence for the OP. http://forums.collectors.com/messageview.cfm?catid=11&threadid=712682 Lots of advice and dozens of requests for the user ID of the supposed scammer and OP doesn't have the decency to provide the info. Odd. -
