   I had a PCGS MS69 1st Strike--with spots--noted in the auction-and I priced it under latest Ebay completed sales becase of the spots. They are more like fly spots than the dreaeded milk spots--but a spots a spot. So a guy offered me $15. for it. I also always offer free shipping. The current spot price of silver is $16.18…
