I'm thinking since there is DC on it, he'll say that he shipped both cards in the envelope and you're screwed on the $80 card not rec'd. He has so much crap, that I don't even think it'll phase him one bit if he got a neg. I don't know how this is going to play out if you file "Item not received" claim with PP. Good luck.… -
