   While issued by Holabird-Kagin, which is a division of Kagin's, it's not exactly Dr. Kagin's list. Fred Holabird, perhaps the world's greatest living authority on mining Americana, actually wrote the lion's share (maybe even all) of the catalogue. I saw Fred in Baltimore and got my copy of the list -- it's phenomenal.…
