Sorry to read of your trouble with your purchase. Imo, this psycho-act is this guy's business model. He sells crap and when someone dares to be dissatified with said misrepresented crap, he immediately starts the communications with "his customer" as though he is" mad as hell, and he's not going to take it anymore." if a sellers feedback drops below say 85% it should be flagged for review. that should send a clear message to all members of ebay, i am willing to wager that if the seller should get behind in paying his ebay fees his acct will be flagged You will find VERY few ebay sellers with FB ratings below 98%.
