I would say 11x face is not measly, especially for one of the fly-by-night companies. It may not be the strongest number, but many of these scammers that set up in hotel rooms pay as little as 5-6 times face value. The top dealers are only paying 12-12.5x face at present. It's not measly when all the local dealers pay more… -
