There may be alot of fraud on these items, but in Webkinz cards get real. What I think may have happened the seller ACCIDENTLY did not put the cards in the envelope and his daughter put them back in her room or whatever and now the seller cannot find them and is ASSUMING the buyer is a scammer. Is there a limit to how many of these types of buyer claims one can make? Can someone do 5 in a month? 10? 50? How far can this go? It's not a bad scammers gig to do a couple hundred dollars worth of cards and take the boot from Paypal. Yes, there are some desperate enough to do this for a couple hundred bucks. -

This is different than your case from the way it sounds there are only 2 possible causes. I don't understand why this scammer has not been outed yet that would help determine which solution is more likely right now there is only one side of the story on the table. 1.
