   Seems like a reasonable approach. If you only want the high-value coins in Genuine slabs, the $100 fee works. Look - if they would put every bodybagged coin in a "Genuine" slab, you would cheapen the brand immeasurably. The ebay scammers which are selling raw junk today would be selling PCGS "Genuine" junk tomorrow, and…
