The hair on the 1795 O-126, 127, and 128 small heads (and 1794 O-109) is less "flowing" and more tight to the head than other 1795 halves, and they have double dimensional lines on the neck truncation, compared to a single line on non-small head FH half dollars.
Definitely genuine. I'm not sure where you got the pictures from, but the top is an O-126 "Small Head" and is graded VG08 by PCGS. I purchased that coin from HLRC and recently sold it back to him due to some financial needs. May I ask where the photos came from if the PCGS holder is not described?
