   Storm- ebay won't require all sellers to offer Paypal, just certain ones. The Baseball card scammers are not in a high risk catagory. ????

   you are right storm. some folks like to complain about ebay not doing anything about bad sellers or scammers. then they do something (maybe not all they could do but it's step in the right direction) and some folks still complain.
