   Where's the mild spots? or are they considered AD (artificially damaged) by the TPG's . I've never seen a milk spotted ASE that wasn't in a slab.

It's just that most ASE's that change hands are usually either in sealed tubes or slabs. The singles that change hands are a very, very, small percentage.
