Question about 1/1 items
I am not into moderm cards too much, but happen to like this player. I came across 2 items that have 1/1 labels, but appear to be the same thing. Can anyone elighten me on what makes something a 1/1? If there are 2 of these wouldn't one be a 1/2? Sorry for the ignorance, and I hope I linked right. Towles Towles2 -

Then there are some examples where the company made more then one, for replacement or whatever purpuse (getting the press running is exspensive) and when they went bankrupt, some of these made it out to the market. A lot of the Pinnacle 1 of 1's, are really 3 of 3's, labeled 1 of 1's now. Graded cards, which are pop 1… -

One is the Cyan plate, and one is the Black plate. Each plate is considered a 1/1, so there are actually Magenta and Yellow 1/1 auto plates as well. For most players, there are actually (at least) 10 1/1's from the Bowman and Bowman Chrome product. 4 Bowman plates, 4 Bowman Chrome plates, Superfractor, and Bowman Red. Just… -

I remember when I collected the 2006 Bowman Heritage, they had the 1/1 printing plated (not autographed) for each color, but each was a true 1/1. I'd e-mail both sellers and ask why the other is selling the same card... that's weird man, there should REALLY only be one of them. -

Oh cool, so it's the same as the 06 Bowman Heritage.... each is a true 1/1 but for each color... So yeah, both are legit. -

the two sigs are also absolutely identical, right down to the placement of each swirl. one of the two sellers is fibbing.....(not good to do, this close to Christmas!) -

Ironfan is actually onto something. The seller of the Cyan plate is using the other seller's scan. I would request a scan of the back before any money changed hands.
