i suppose one could.... i received PR67 (big milk spot in Miss Liberty's dress near her "sweet spot") from an original mint sealed box, so the milk is not all from slabbed coins. i was able to get the spot off myself and have a nice raw "keeper" as the rest of the coin is awesome. their guarantee has kept me in the… -

Unfortunately I have been plaqued by milk spots also. Four PCGS DCAM 70's 20th Anniversary and one PCGS 70 Reverse Proof 20th Anniversary. It figures all of my 69's of these are free and clear. So goes the theory about keeping these long term. Guess I will know in about 2-3 months the verdict for these coins. My NGC 2006… -
