1. When are ASE's no longer prone to milk spotting?

   Ok, so we know that the ASE is prone to milk spotting, and it appears that the 2006 20th anniversary coins are also starting to show this. Is there an amount of time that a coin can be in a slab, that it can be assumed that spotting will not occur if it has not yet shown up? Or... can it show up at any time, say after 10…

   They seem to be less prone to milk spotting when you store them in a very dry place and in holders other than slabs and ringed AirTites.
