Wow! Thanks Russ, then I do have some hope! It says 6704 1963 50C US PR99. I mean I have seen PCGS do some things even with my limited time. I've just made my own case for NEVER, EVER buying anything non-slabbed from a dealer. NEVER EVER. Can not be trusted, even at 81. Multiply my little $28 'incident' by thousands of beginners and you can see why you dealers NEED the US Mint just to intice the new suckers flowing in to buy your classic crap. -
