It wasn't a false claim. I was supposed to recieve the hat after 3 days (they always send priority mail), and after about 10 days I filed a claim since I didn't recieve the hat and they wouldn't respond to e-mails. About 5 days before the claim expired for them to respond, the hat finally arrived, and it said on the box… -
