   Yes, they are all Birthmark Variety Kennedy's. There was a time when you could purchase these on major venues (like Teletrade) for no premium. But there has been more interest lately which has pushed prices up somewhat. Those of us who hoard these have had to result to finding them raw to get decent prices.
