How come the US Mint has this Milk Spot problem? Can anyone post an example of this happening on a Brittania, Kangaroo, Panda, Maple leaf, etc? If you can find an example I'd like to see it. If not, knowing the problems SAE's have had with milk spots, why hasn't the Mint looked into how other mint's produce their silver… -

The MS70 is non-existant by policy at PCGS--they won't certify one until they are convinced milk spots are history so the 69 is the Top MS coin of the set (as I posted earlier). However, I've only seen one thread with a reverse proof coin with a milk spot so I think that may be an isolated occurance. I haven't seen a PCGS… -

Given the thread on prevalent milk spots on the Reverse Proof Silver Eagles, will PCGS decide not to grade them PF70 any more? How many folks are getting PF70 on their Reverse proof Silver Eagles???
