The best way to get rid of milk spots is to sell the coin ( To Mad Marty) I belive that milk spots is caused by soap residue left over from washing the proof planchets. They are struck into the coin.
Gary, When you get that figured out, we can work on milk spots and get RICH beyond our wildest dreams. That said, I don;t think there is a way to do that!
I had a DCAM Kennedy with milk spots that PCGS graded 65DCAM. I sold it to a board member who sent it to NCS and it came back from PCGS MS67DCAM. I don't know what they did but it must have helped.
