Russ, wouldn't that only apply to purchases through PayPal? I take payments in Int'l money orders and Western Union (via Bidpay) from foreign buyers and haven't had problems. -

Or that it will cost so much more to ship something. The only problem that I run into is when a business wants to ship UPS or FedEx… -

I have the same policy as Russ for the very same reason.....PAYPAL. I have no protection against chargebacks. I very rarely sell Canadian coins so this isn't usually an issue. Since PAYPAL is the favorite form of payment these days I REFUSE to take a chance with non-US bidders. Call me conservative or narrow-minded....but… -
