For this to be effective, I think a number of coins recently graded should be sent in with a number of coins graded, say 12-18 months ago to get a meaningful sample. For example, if Russ sent in 8-10 of his recent "no-CAM" SMS coins and 8-10 CAM SMS coins graded a year or so ago, that would be a meaningful evaluation. (I… -
