It's a shame that "Second Chance" has been pretty much ruined by the scammers. I always thought it was kind of a neat idea... -

The "second chance offer" scams are becoming quite common. I sold a valuable photo on eBay about 2 months ago. Both of the underbidders received scam "second chance offers." Fortunately, neither of them fell for it, probably because the offer was worded oddly...clearly written by someone who didn't speak English as their… -

Someone almost got me on that one. I also used the Ebay "ask seller a question" feature and found out it was a scam. -

I don't understand why they don't make it like feedback, so that if you are not the seller, you cannot send a second chance offer. Why don't they set it up that way? -
