Think about it - who produces these error coins, such as the Wisconsin Q? Government employees. What kind of reputation do government workers typically have? I sent people to Iraq to work essentailly 24/7 for 3-6 months. None of the members of my unit got a job as a political favor, and… -

I suppose first we need to establish if it is an error or a variety. Also I would imagine the employees you are refering to push the hoppers around and such but are not included in repair or modification of dies. Imho there are varieties that rightly command a great premimum. There are others I scratch my head when I look… -
