   The portrieght [spelling] on the 2nd coin didn't look frosted so I said no. 2 . So either Russ is right or most of us are wrong. Since this is Russes specialty, I'm guessing I'm wrong. Les

   Crack out the top one and send it back. It'll go CAM. Sometimes I think they forget to turn the lights on in the grading room. I've gotten screwed on obvious cams and pure "how the hell did this go CAM?" gifts on the same submission with these. Russ, NCNE
