Has anyone else seen this with NGC-graded GSA coins?
Shortly before the Baltimore ANA I bought a couple of NGC-certified GSA coins from a forum member. When I arrived at the show, one of them was rotated in the holder.....kind of like coins do in the old PCGS rattler holders. Anyway, I didn't think much of it even though I've handled thousands of GSA coins and had not seen… -

No way STMAN...due to its rarity in a GSA holder I've been offered 4 times what I paid you. APN, I really didn't get a chance to talk to Mark very much about how their band is applied or what effect it might have on the holder. I'm hoping to gather a lot more info before coming to any firm conclusions. GSAGUY -

STMAN, Yep, it was one of the coins you sent me. Mark said something like, "come back to me when you've seen 15 of them and then we'll talk". Well, I don't know about you guys, but when you look at a few hundred thousand GSA coins and have never seen one rotated in the holder, and then you suddenly see two or three all… -

How tight is the band? I've never held one, so I can't say for sure, but could it be it's tight and pushing the plastic in, allowing them to rotate? Of course the service will dismiss any problems ASAP...
