   That is a great looking half. Ammonia can sometime help the milk spots - but use at your own risk. I've had some luck with it on halves in the past. They will downgrade it because of the spot a point or two.

   The coin is a hands down no-brainer deep cameo. No ifs, ands or buts about it. That appears to be a milk spot and, while NCS cannot completely remove it, they can substantially reduce it - likely enough to bump the grade a point or two. IF THERE ARE NO HAIRLINES, and NCS works the coin, I think you're looking at a 68DCAM.…
