   So...the Congratulations Set Eagle...mintage limit 60,000 First a question...Have all 60,000 been sold yet? And I'm seeing more than a few eBay listings with milk spots? How is that going to impact the final value?…

   That is a bulk buyer/submitter - a big-boy. I have bought coins from them a couple of times without issue.. In the past they have provided photos of the milk spotted coins up for sale. You can be sure that those coins will have * Milk spots * on them, as mentioned in the title. I have personally received milk spotted coins…

   Good job supporting the internet trackers! For the record, I don't see a single listing that actually shows milk spots ir even mentions them in the description. It might be a case of someone copying a listing that said "no milk spots". It's rather strange that no one took pictures of the alleged spots.
