When Clowney was signed by the Browns it wasn't for his pass rush ability, it was because he was good against the run game. His prowess as a pass rusher and sacks, however great it might have been, is long since gone. -

Maybe as a situational pass rusher on an incentive laden 1yr deal. I read that he signed a 2yr/20m deal last offseason and finished with 5.5 sacks in 14 games, I'd take that if we could get him in that 6-8M range but he's 32 and might just prefer to try winning a ring elsewhere.
