   May I respectfully suggest that you get it authenticated. I cannot be sure of anything without seeing the piece, but my first impression was that this was a false die overstrike.

   This is all hypothetical, as I have not seen the coin. Notice how the top of the obverse and the corresponding bottom of the reverse are flattened somewhat, especially the rim. Take a sheet of metal and fold it over on itself. Open it back up a bit. Take any coin and shove the edge into the fold. Imagine it is this coin…
