This sounds like my recent go-round. I sold probably 90% of my collection in the fall because I just got tired of having them in boxes and all that. Now, I'm dipping a toe into trying some interest in new stuff. Lost the need of chasing the vintage. Just came off a real estate flip too. -

I have almost 35 years in the real estate/construction business. Prices for construction will not come down in 1-2 years or probably ever.
