Nearly 30 years I think if milk spots were on this coin they would emerged by now. Milk spots occur because soap residue was not fully washed from the planchette and when minted it becomes part of the coin. They can become more visible over time but they do not appear “spontaneously” and not necessarily on every coin.… -
