My last post for this thread, for now. I collect 1964 & 68 Venezuelan Topps cards which, by their very nature, tend to be low pop. As such, I have 29 cards that qualify for this thread, though I won't show nearly that many. An observation first: I knew the 1964 set was a lot more popular with collectors, but this exercise… -
