Ebay gets to set the terms. Never have been a fan of government stepping into business decisions as my error coin counterpart does. I don't curse the Ebay employees and hang up on them either. They can only bend so far though. Ebay bucks promos are profit sucking...Not making much money when you are collecting 6% in fees… -

They are referring to the buyer's fee which reduces bids by the same amount. Unless the bidder is a moron. You had 10% SELLING ebay bucks or BUYING?
