Well I just contacted ebay and told them the scoop. They immediately sided with me and reported him. They also said that the neutral feedback will be removed in a few minutes! This is good news. Hopefully the USPS intercept works and I get the card back as I sent it. Im not sure I want to be a seller of raw cards and coins…
