On the Peace$ one thing to look for is what I call milk spots or white spots streaks etc. Something to do with the way the planchets were prepared and or rinsed. I have noticed far fewer spots on ASE's in NGC holders. Most of them have been in PCGS holders. Maybe its a reaction of a planchet solvent with an ingredient in the plastic that PCGS uses? JA does not recognize Star or plus when verifying coins.
