I'm starting to worry about my buddy Russ.
I got a couple of sealed 1963 proof sets in today. Inside were some nice Lincoln cents. Well I know there is a board member here really hot for a nice proof Lincoln, but I really don't know the series that well. So I shoot a picture and ask Russ (Mr. Proof himself). He bursts my bubble telling me to not even bother… -

Since the Cert number on this coin is very close to the Cert numbers on Russ’s shared order I believe Russ submitted this one for Mad Marty. -
