This is the plastic polish I use, Novus #1, 2, and 3. PCGS Announces New Pricing
Just got this. I was expecting price increases at some point. New prices take effect Aug 1 but unclear if it's for submissions received (or entered into system?) Aug 1. Strong smell 100 2 by 2 mylar 5 cent cardboard
