Re: Update ANA/Shepherd lawsuit revised filing lists names, exposes the "dirt"
<< <i> << <i>Why couldn't Simco be revived by Mr Sheperd after he left the ANA? If anything Mr Sheperd was even more well known among collector/dealers because of his tenure as a former ANA executive director. >> For those of you that have the PCGS Calendar, this month's coin, the awesome PCGS MS68+ Antietam Half, and… -
Re: CU Stock down 10% today. Respnse to ZAG/GAI merger?
Let me say this again: Collector's Universe should NOT be a public company! They perform a wonderful service for people, but if you look at it, all they primarily do is review at cards (and coins) and slab them. No real future for growth, no products (other than the service that literally ANYONE can do), and a stagnant… -

Re: What would it take for a brand new grading service to succeed and be respected as much as PCGS?
I think the main thing that it would take is industry connections. For example, if Legend and Pinnacle and some of the other nationally known and highly respected dealers started certifying all of their coins in this new company's slabs and touted them as "on par" with PCGS and NGC, I think it would just be a matter of… -

Re: This Is One Intelligent Group Overall; Who Are We?
I have a Master's in Psychiatric Social Work. In the late 70's I served as Executive Director for a State of Michigan institution for emotionally disturbed delinquent adolescent boys in Whitmore Lake, MI. After three years I was burned out and left. I then co-founded a mental health counseling center in Northville,… -
