I'm not really old enough to know Jack's work other than from highlights or the odd MLB Network retro broadcast. I'm sure he was good, most of those old timers were because radio was just as important as TV in those days when it came to baseball so teams didn't just stick the second-tier guy on radio like they do in a lot… -
