I think one potential issues is that the sellers referring to PayPal or eBay backing them and even paying out to scammers is that it seems they do high volume. So yes, those sellers with a very long history with a lot of revenue are more likely to get PayPal/eBay's backing than a smaller seller. I do a fairly large volume… -

irrelevant to the MO of the scammer identified by the OP. Scammer is sending victims to a third party, off site email address that obviously is the scammer himself. Transaction ends up not being conducted through the BST. Scammer is simply using the BST to find victims to scam through email. This has become an issue on the… -
