Try the classified ads in the back of Numis News and Coin world. A lot of these guys are collectors just trying to trade coins cheaply. Most of them are very honest but be wary anyway. There are a few scammers. -

The only quasi-legitimate thing I can think of is if you're selling items that are rather embarrassing if people found out you were buying them. Too often, they are the purvey of scammers and shills. -

this was tried with a t206 wagner ---maybe same seller---and he was shut down by ebay---what a blowhole,he knows he'll have the scammers lining up for this one! this is illegal and he will be notified soon. -

Only if he will let you choose the escrow company and it's located in the US. There are a lot of these scammers who will agree to an 'escrow' service and it turns out that the 'escrow' service is simply a front that they maintain as part of the scam. -
