Re: The rarest coin I own is the one that can never be bought again

I am sick of the nice coins you own. The only POS I ever have seen you with was a PCGS PR67 Barber Half you sold me 10 years ago, maybe at a Santa Clara show. Not as easy to sell as I thought, but $5900 seemed cheap at time. I am sure I made 7%. Eventually. Collectors like you have been giving dealers a much tougher time… -
Re: ****Official Silver Eagle 2021 Silver Reverse Proof Two-Coin Designer Edition Order Thread #2****
Mine was1:14 est its still ok. I received a confirmation email. Did you? derryb this sucks. I I’m a Little guy but someday I may be able to buy 10-20 like you. Re: Does every seller shill their auctions now?
>>> "PWCC dosen't shill his auctions." I don't think people are worried so much about PWCC (Brent) or Rick Probstein shilling their own auctions, but rather the oringinal consignors shilling the cards they send to PWCC or Probstein. MattyC, when commenting on shilling you asked, "What's the beef?" Well, the beef, or my… -

Re: Pitcher's Duel in Yankee Stadium Tonight
<< <i> << <i> Nobody said you cant be encouraged by the Tigers you fool. The point was that you cant be excited about your team and leave it at that, you still have to take a crack at the Yankees. Get a damn life. Another hapless pitching night by the Yankees ? You make me laugh. Whether they win, lose, shut out the… -
Re: Question about paypal
The fee is about 2.2% I think. Honestly, on items over $1000, unless you are in dire need of getting your money *right now*, it's probably best to ask for payment by money order, since PayPal will take $22+ from that transaction. And yes, if you get a single payment larger than $1000, you are out of luck and have to… -
Re: Fringe players that don't get enough Hall Support....who do you like?
<< <i>There is no comparison between Dave Kingman and Jim Rice. As you accurately point out, all of those statements above constitute "your opinion" only. I am not sure I would say Kingman "sucked" either, but obviously he was a one-dimensional player who seemed to either hit a home run, or strike out. Gorman Thomas comes… -
Re: Majorbigtime, THIS is what getting screwed "BY" eBay really looks like, IMHO (and how to
I beleive I summed-up these issues in the following post: Saturday August 07, 2004 6:50 AM (NEW!) FROM "mirabela": << Well, let's hope. I've already got the worst of what's coming to me -- as you correctly point out, I left myself open to getting screwed and I got screwed. It was coming to me, and I got it. Hopefully the…
