how does one report an auction? Does one go to the bottom of the page and click Security Center? I saw a link to "report this item." I used that. I had to practice this to see if I am right. I searched for keyword spammers on ebay by using "not PSA" in the search box. I chose 3 auctions that had that in their titles. I… -
