He could have easily had some friends or family win the auctions just so he could get some faulty positive feedback like that to entice… -

the high bidder regularly bids on signed cards from various sellers.. the high bidder & seller are in 2 different states.. ebay's "2nd chance offer" option only allows the item to be offered at the 2nd bidders highest bid, not lower.. the thing to look out for is fake "2nd chance offers".. scammers (not the seller) usually… -

Another point - - I don't understand the point of this thread. Ebay IMO is going to do what it's going to do, it is imprevious to suggestions, it has no idea what customer service is, and when it does anything it ususually sides with the scammers. Do you actually expect eBay to make any changes to its mega-flawed feedback…
