Sellers being able to, once again, give neutral/neg feedback to buyers. But also add some sort of metric so that prospective buyers can easily see how many/what percentage of negatives a seller has given. That would deter scammers and major problem/PITA buyers. There are two possibilities I can think of: 1. The seller has several of the item and only want to take one photo. On things like PR69 moderns this probably makes sense since you couldn't tell the difference from the photo anyway in most cases. 2.
