"Good" is a grade, as is MS69, and they are at opposite ends of the grading spectrum. A coin can't be both grades. The scammer clearly is not very well acquainted with coins. -
Look a like flip
A slight reason for concern, someone m,ay purchse these by accident, and it sucks, but I am not sure anything can be done legally since they are just look-a-likes ebay scammer -

Not a single chargeback here in thousands of transactions. I've smelled out a couple of scammers before shipping but they were pretty obvious. --Jerry -

Any card can be counterfeited now. Some scammers will make any card since it is so simple to scan and print these days. -

707 (Levi) is one of the biggest dealers of 52 Mantle cards in the hobby (if not the biggest) and also very trusted by many, definitely not a scammer. -
