I think it's because Yahoo automatically delays a lot of mails in case they are spam, on the basis spammers mail servers don't re-try sending the mail. All mail programs still have major glitches in their inability to weed out bogus and junk e-mails. The spammers have figured out how to get around it with odd wording in the titles, but the bottom line is until an e-mail system with an artificial intelligence capability arrives, so it can detect e-mais that are truly spam… -

As of a month ago they were still collecting for RI where coins are also exempt. 4 months ago when calling to inform them there shouldn't be any the response was 'you'll get it back' - when asked who was going to give it back there was stammering and a mumbled we're working on that.
